Q: Where is the track located?
A: The Arizona Mile is run at the Turf Paradise, 1501 W Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85023.
Q: What time does the race start?
A: The race starts at 2:00pm. We invite you to come to watch the AFT Twins and AFT Singles stars practice starting at 11am.
Q: What time do the gates open?
A: Main gates will open at 11am for all ticket holders.
Q: What is the Open Paddock/Fan Walk and can I participate?
A: The Open Paddock/Fan Walk is when we open the pit (also called the paddock) gates to all ticketed guests. During this time, you will be able to walk through the pits to see the team pit areas, view their motorcycles up-close, and talk with the competitors. We encourage you to take pictures and get autographs from the racers. Approximate time for fan walk 1:15pm – 2:00pm.
Q: What else is happening at the event?
A: The Arizona Mile is a full day event with great motorcycle themed events and activities. AFT Pro practice will begin at 11:00am. Fans will be allowed behind the scenes and into the pits between approximately 1:15pm and 2:00pm to meet the stars and see the bikes up close. The event will have a vendor area with great merchandise, event apparel, live bands, and more.
Q: Is ADA seating available?
A: Yes! There is plenty of ADA seating available that is wheelchair accessible, including reserved seating in the Clubhouse area (if buying in advance, select the blue dots in the back of the Clubhouse section), the Checkered Flag VIP area, and General Admission in the apron seating area next to the track (once inside, you can ask security to point you in the right direction).
Q: Is reserved seating available?
A: Yes! There are a number of reserved seating options available from the Clubhouse Reserved area with table seating and a great view of the track, set from behind glass with air conditioning to the Legends Turf Club area above Turn 1 which is also table seating behind glass with air conditioning. There is also reserved seating in the Grandstand Terrace Reserved area behind the start/finish line and jumbotron. Please see the Ticket Info link for more information on reserved tickets and to purchase tickets.
Q: How much are advanced tickets to the race?
A: Advanced purchase Reserved Clubhouse seats are $60 ($65 at the gate). Advanced purchase Grandstand Terrace Reserved seats are $50 ($55 at the gate). Advanced Legends Turf Club VIP Seating is $80 in advance ($85 at the gate). Advanced Checkered Flag VIP Party Experience tickets are $105 per person, which includes lunch ($110 at the gate). Advanced General Admission tickets are only $39, Youth (6-12 yrs) are $10, and Children (5 & younger) are FREE for general admission seating area (adults are $45 at the gate and kids are still $10 at the gate). General Admission seating is designated in the main grandstand section and the trackside sections. There are lot of great seats with spectacular views of the track at all levels at Turf Paradise. We encourage you to buy your reserved tickets in advance because some sections may sell out prior to the race day.
Q: Are day of event tickets available?
A: Yes, tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day of the event. While demand is high and we recommend buying in advance because the best seats are reserved early, day-of event tickets will be available onsite at the Ticketing Box Office near the entrance gate. However, please note day-of admissions for most tickets go up slightly over buying in advance. Event Day Race tickets will go on sale at the Turf Paradise Box Office at 10am on Race Day. Ticket prices on event day will be: $65 Clubhouse Reserved, $55 Grandstand Terrace Reserved, $85 Legends Turf Club, $110 Checkered Flag, $45 general admission (adults), and $10 general admission Youth (6-12). All seating options may not be available the day of the event if they sell out in advance. Advanced purchase is recommended.
Q: Are corporate packages and group tickets available?
A: The Arizona Mile staff is committed to the ultimate experience for every race fan and will go out of their way to build a custom package for your company or group. We have numerous options available and can customize the experience to meet your needs from VIP experiences, to catering and more. Q: Where do I pick up my Will Call (pre-ordered) tickets?
A: Will Call is available at the event box office on Saturday May 12th beginning at 10am. Bring your identification for ticket pick-up.
Q: Can I purchase AMA pit passes for the event?
A: A full event hot pit pass is sold directly through AFT and is not available from the Arizona Mile. AFT Pro Racing membership is required for Single Event entry. Standard AFT memberships will not be accepted. AFT Pro Racing Pit Pass is NOT good for reserved grandstand, Clubhouse, Legends Turf Club, or VIP Checkered Flag admission. If you purchase a pit pass from AFT Pro you will also need to purchase a reserved seat for access to those reserved areas.
Q: What is the procedure for requesting media credentials?
A: Submit in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Credential requests must be on the media outlet letterhead and signed by the assigning editor. Credential requests must be submitted to Charlie Frank at cfrank@theactivationgrp.com.
Q: Is camping available?
A: Onsite camping is not available. There are a number local camp grounds in Phoenix area. Also, the host resort for the Arizona Mile is the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs. There is a limited time offer special offer.

Q: Are coolers permitted?
A: Coolers or outside food and drinks are NOT permitted with the exception of water. You may bring your own water if it is in a new, sealed bottle.
Q: Are weapons allowed?
A: No weapons are allowed at Turf Paradise.
